A $50.00 + tax non refundable deposit
per session is
required to secure a space ($100 + tax for full day). The balance is due on or before the
first day of attendance. Fees will be refunded only if a session
is cancelled by ArtVenture, otherwise no refunds or transfers. Keep the receipts for tax purposes.
Duplicate receipts will be charged $5.00 each.
Discounts - For half
day full week registration, a 10% discount for same-session sibling attendance OR
same camper multiple sessions will apply (cannot be combined with
other offers or discounts).
If paying in full on line,
the amount of the discount will be reimbursed within 3 working days.
Snacks - A light nut-free snack and
juice will be provided daily. Campers who attend full day
should bring their lunch. Lunch time is supervised. Please advise of any allergies.
Group size - Groups are limited to a maximum
of 10 - 12 participants. ArtVenture reserves the right to cancel any
session if minimum enrolment is not reached.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
- We ask parents and caregivers to sign the campers IN and OUT. Due
to the structure of the camp, we ask that campers are dropped off and
picked-up no more than 15 minutes before and after camp hours.
Absence - Missed sessions are not
refundable, transferable or eligible for credit.
The first day of every session is very busy. To save time please fill out the
Registration Form and bring it with you on the first day of camp.
