ArtVenture is committed to make every effort possible to accommodate all the registrants by adding or combining art classes according to the demand and the resources available.

Since inspiring environment, high quality teaching, and above-average personal attention are our main goals, art classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per class.

Class-work is independent and instruction is on a personal level therefore registrations are accepted at any time during the year, if space is available, and tuition will be pro-rated accordingly.

Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrolment is not reached.  In order to prevent this situation, and to secure a spot in the desired level and schedule, early registration is recommended.

Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Absence & Make-Up Classes

Missed art classes may be made-up during the same term and at the same class level if space is available.

No-shows without notice in advance are not eligible for make-up classes.

Missed classes are not transferable or eligible for credit.    

We cannot guarantee that make-up will be available for missed classes.

Class Observation

Parents and visitors are welcome to observe classes from the lobby.  

We ask not to enter the classroom without previous arrangement with the instructor.  

Instructors will be available for consultation by appointment or, if time allows, between classes.

Tuition is calculated based on the number of classes in each term.

Limited materials are included in all regular classes except Sculpture and Open Studio

Payment options

$50 + tax non refundable deposit is required to secure a spot in the class.

Tuition in full is due before the beginning of the first class.

Payments option (maximum 3 instalments) available with post-dated cheques only.

Keep your receipts for tax purposes.  There is a $5.00 fee for duplicate receipts  

Discounts

10% discount (of the lower fee) is granted for same-term second class or additional family member registration.

Immediate family members only (spouse, child, parent, sibling).

Refunds / Withdrawal

Deposit will be refunded only if the course is cancelled by the school or with minimum of two weeks notice of withdrawal before the beginning of the term.

Once the term has started, there will be no refund for the first two classes. After that, two weeks notice is required.

When withdrawing from a registered class, a refund of prorated fees paid, less the amounts due to withholding according to these terms, will be granted.  

Any discounts, bonuses or coupons redeemed or received for self or for a family member will be deducted from the amounts refunded.  

No refunds will be granted after the 8th week of the term.  

A $10 service fee applies to all refunds processed except for course cancellation.
