Fees  

$199.00 per week + tax = $224.87                                                                 

Single day camp available at $45+tax = $50.85

No drop-ins available.

Payment and Registration

Payment can be processed ONLINE (below), by E-Transfer to info@artventure.ca, over the Phone with a credit card, or in person by Debit, VISA, MasterCard, or Cash.

A registration form must be submitted along with your payment in order for the registration to be complete. 

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled.

Discounts 

$10.00 discount for sibling attendance if both register for a full week camp. Sibling discount cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons and are limited to one per family. If paying in-full online, the discount will be reimbursed within 3 working days.

Receipts

Receipts will be available for pick up on the first day of camp in March.

Keep receipts for tax purposes. Duplicate receipts will be charged $5.00 each.

Snacks  

There will be a snack break mid-way through each camp day. Please send your camper with a small nut-free snack. Please advise of any allergies.

Group size  

Age groups are limited to a maximum of 10-12 participants. ArtVenture reserves the right to cancel any group if minimum enrolment is not reached.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up  

We ask parents and caregivers to sign campers IN and OUT each day. Due to the structure of the camp, we ask that campers are dropped off and picked-up no more than 15 minutes before and after camp hours.

Absence  

Missed camp days are not refundable, transferable, or eligible for credit.
